WHAT IS AN AIP PROJECT?
AIP stands for ‘autoimmune protocol’. During the process, your diet and lifestyle are charted. Using this information we draw a path in which you can fit changes into your life at your own pace.
AIP-diet
With the AIP diet you eat foods that make your gut healthy again, balance your hormones and strengthen your immune system. This is done through eliminating many foods and then slowly reintroducing them.
AIP-life
Stress management, sleep, sufficient exercise, contact with nature, and a supportive environment are important factors for your health.
How does aip work?
Over a span of three to six weeks, depending on your preference you’ll gradually cut out gluten, nightshade vegetables, sugar and beans from your diet. We will reintegrate them, one by one, during the reintroduction phase (three to six weeks). The beginning rest period during the AIP diet allows your body to recover. Which makes it clear which foods that you are intolerant of or allergic to.
It's not a nightmare, you don't count calories!!! and you don't have to panic about what the hell you should eat. I can reassure you, as an AIP foodie I eat better and more varied than before.
The big difference is that you learn to cook with other ingredients. A completely new world opens up to you. And I am happy to assist you with that.

In our initial conversation we look at what your complaints are and where you want real change.
We’ll take a look at your lifestyle, I’ll show you simple rest and breathing exercises that soothe your nervous system.
Acupuncture sessions adapted to your complaints balance your body and you experience peace in yourself. Massages and cupping dissolve deep tensions and clean up waste products.
We tackle your problems in different areas. From experience I know that only nutrition or only supplements does not help. A holistic approach is needed in which the different aspects that determine your health are considered.
