WHICH STEPS DO YOU TAKE DURING the URBAN DETOX?

The Urban detox consists of 4 steps: preparation, cleansing, building and maintaining.

Step 1: Preparation
A good preparation is an important part of your detox process. In the week before the 3-day cleansing you start to prepare your body by eliminating certain foods and drinks. But don’t worry we are there to help you. You can still live and work normally.

Step 2: Cleansing
After a good preparation your body is ready to release during these 3 detox days. We will assist and guide you through the cleansing proces with massages, special detox tea, cupping, slow yoga, meditation and adapted food. Your body is finally given the time to burn the substances that are damaged or unnecessary, such as excess fat, constipated waste, and water. Toxins are removed from the digestive tract and major organs. You will stay in the cure-center during the day from 8h30 to 16h.
Give yourself the possibility to dive completely in the detox process and keep your agenda completely free.

Step 3: Building
Now that many of the toxins have gone, your can reinforce your health with new eating habits. After a cleanse you will eat every day a little bit more, we shall give you food suggestions to do this while respecting the balance you reached. This will help you to feel energetic. During this phase you can work and live your normal life without any problem.

Step 4: Maintenance
How do you keep your body healthy? Adapted recipes, eating conscious and slow. Regular Ayurvedic massages and/or acupuncture treatments. Sometimes a day of fasting according to the Urban detox principles will keep your body in balance and more resistant to diseases. During this cleansing you will learn how to cleanse on your own at home in a way that is sustainable.
